Seriously, why do people do this? We signed off on the final version on Wednesday. Wednesday! Suddenly, 5 minutes before I close my laptop for the weekend, I get an email marked “URGENT” asking to “just shift a few things around” before Monday morning.
Newsflash: Moving “a few things around” breaks the entire layout! And no, “end of day Friday” does not mean “work all weekend for free.”
I didn’t even reply.I went straight to the Rant Slingshot on the homepage, picked the “Bad Client” boss, and threw about 50 virtual tomatoes at his face. My blood pressure is finally back to normal.
